Objective:
NiftyKit, a no-code NFT development platform for creators and brands, aimed to gain better visibility into their user interactions and activities. They needed a robust tracking solution to monitor key events such as signups, NFT collection creation, minting, and purchases while ensuring the data could be visualized effectively.
The goal was to set up precise event tracking and create an analytics dashboard for actionable insights.

Event Tracking with Google Tag Manager (GTM):
- Deployed Google Tag Manager Web Container to set up event tracking for critical user actions:

Testing and Validation:
- Used the MetaMask Test Network and WETH Tokens to test and validate NFT minting and purchases.
Data Visualization with Looker Studio:
- Integrated GA4 tracking data into Looker Studio (Google Data Studio).
- Built a comprehensive dashboard for clear visualization of user activities, conversions, and engagement metrics.
Results:
- Complete Event Tracking: Successfully set up and validated tracking for all key user actions, including NFT minting and purchases.
- Improved Data Accuracy: Leveraged GTM and GA4 to ensure accurate tracking of both standard and custom events.
- Data-Driven Insights: Created a dynamic Looker Studio Dashboard, enabling NiftyKit to:
- Monitor user signups, NFT activity, and purchases in real-time.
- Analyze enterprise membership performance.
- Track eBook downloads and Klaviyo form submissions for marketing insights.
With robust tracking and visualization, NiftyKit now has the tools to optimize their platform performance and improve user engagement effectively.
