NiftyKit is a no-code NFT platform that helps creators and brands launch NFT collections without needing technical skills.
But while their platform was growing, their visibility into user behavior was limited. They couldn’t clearly see:

- How often collections were being created or minted
- When purchases or memberships were completed
Without this visibility, it was hard to understand what was working, what wasn’t, and how to improve the user journey. NiftyKit needed a reliable way to track all key events and turn data into simple, visual insights their team could act on.

We designed a robust, end-to-end tracking and reporting system tailored to their needs.

Using Google Tag Manager, we set up accurate tracking for all the important user actions:

We then connected everything to Looker Studio and built a clean, easy-to-read dashboard. Instead of digging through raw numbers, NiftyKit’s team could now:
